Brendan joined Thornhill Properties Inc. in September 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager. He supports daily operations across a mixed residential and commercial portfolio, coordinating tenant communication, maintenance workflows, and vendor scheduling. He is committed to responsive, service‑focused support and assists with budgeting, occupancy reporting, and overall operational planning.
Before joining Thornhill, he built strong communication and customer‑service skills through 6 years in the hospitality industry, working in roles ranging from busser and barback to bartender, server, and manager.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commercial Investments and Development from Virginia Tech, where he studied commercial site design, financial feasibility, leasing strategies, and project financing. He also held a project committee leadership role in The Big Event, the second‑largest student‑run volunteering initiative in the nation. A quick learner, he brings a growing analytical foundation to the property management field.
Peter joined Thornhill Properties in 2025 as a Property Accountant. He has over 5 years of experience in real estate management consulting and accounting. Peter holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and going to comedy shows with friends.
Allyson joined Thornhill Properties in 2025. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and accounting, inspired by a passion to help local businesses. In her spare time, she enjoys taking her dogs to the park and working on her novel.
Luis joined Thornhill Properties in April 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing three years of dedicated real estate experience to the team. Following a 6-month learning period, he was promoted to Property Manager in October 2025.
He is a Licensed Realtor® and maintains a strong professional network through his active memberships in the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Driven by a genuine passion for the industry, Luis is committed to professional growth and excellence in property operations at Thornhill.
Angie Gavin joined Thornhill in 2025 with over a decade of experience in retail management and business ownership. She’s known for her leadership, creative problem-solving and ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Angie also brings expertise in marketing, promotions, and event planning. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and two young daughters and stays active volunteering in her Northeast Baltimore community.
Keri joined Thornhill in 2024 after moving to Maryland from New Jersey. Keri comes from a family business in Construction & Property Management. She managed one of their properties for over 6 years, and has experience in customer service, payroll processing and accounting. Keri graduated Washington College with a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.
In her spare time, Keri enjoys spending time with her Husband and her horse, Joey Tribbiani! She regularly travels to competitions on the weekends with him.
With over 8 years of experience in accounting Brittney brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Having worked across various facets she excels in financial oversight to support the success of properties and their owners.
Since joining Thornhill in July 2024, Brittney has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring financial stability and efficiency, while fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Brittney is dedicated to family and enjoys spending time with her children and loved ones. She is an active participant in her children’s sporting events and music performances, always cherishing those moments of support and connection.
Marcus Sobetsky joined Thornhill Properties Inc. in 2024 as a Property Manager and Environmental Specialist. With a robust background in environmental consulting, Marcus previously supported numerous military environmental restoration programs and provided environmental due diligence for real estate transactions. His expertise extends to collaborating with diverse contractors on environmental remediation and construction projects, bringing a well-rounded approach to managing properties while ensuring sustainable practices are integrated into every phase of development.

Cara joined Thornhill Properties in 2024 and brings more than 5 years of experience in accounting, business administration, and customer service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware and leverages her analytical background to support accurate financial reporting, improve operational efficiency, and foster team collaboration across daily financial operations. Originally from South Jersey, Cara relocated to Maryland in 2022 and remains a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!). Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and caring for her houseplants.
Kim has been involved with banking, real estate, accounting, and most recently commercial property management for nearly 30 years. Prior to joining Thornhill, she worked as a Commercial Property Manager with a prestigious property management company in Harbor East for almost 13 years.
Though her experience includes assisting several high-profile tenants through major renovations projects, her strength focuses on building relationships with a strong attention to detail and customer service. While her current position as an HOA manager is very different from commercial property management, she is confident that her previous experience and industry knowledge will propel her to excellence in serving these clients.
In her spare time Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, her rescue “Slim Shady” and practicing yoga, running, soccer or gardening when time avails.
Beth Vogel originally joined Thornhill in 2017 as a Property Manager until she resigned in 2020. She returned to us in October 2023 in a new role created for her as Executive Assistant to our Property Managers. In 2025 she was promoted to our Property Management Coordinator.
Beth has over 42 years of administrative experience along with her 3 years of managing properties. Throughout her tenure, Beth has played a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and juggle multiple priorities with grace has made her an indispensable asset to both the property management and accounting departments.
Known for her attention to detail, reliability, and calm demeanor under pressure, Beth is the go-to person for anything administrative. She demonstrates strong customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, and a consistent willingness to help others, which are all assets to our company.
With decades of industry experience, Beth remains committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and helping the team – and the properties they manage – run like clockwork.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys spending time with her two sons and two cats. She is one of six siblings and is extremely close with them even though many are out of state. She cherishes her time with family.
Kathy joined Thornhill in 2023 after 25 years in the retail accounting department for a prominent family-owned furniture store in Baltimore. Kathy has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets and volunteering for a local dog rescue.
Denise came to Thornhill with over 35 years of property and facilities management experience. Her family has been involved in real estate for over 70 years, but Denise always preferred service over sales and takes pride in caring for investments.
Although HOA management is a little different than property management, both require expertise and nurturing, two of her best attributes.
When not working, Denise loves spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue princess Scarlett and channeling her inner rock star at karaoke venues throughout Baltimore County.
Robin Hernandez-Willie joined Thornhill Properties in 2019 as a Leasing Specialist. She is currently working as an Accounting Assistant at the Corporate Office which she provides administrative support to the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, mail handling and tracking delinquent accounts. In her spare time, Robin enjoys Event Planning, Bartending Corporate Events, traveling and spending time with my family and loving on her four grandchildren and one great grand.
As the Director of Multifamily Operations, I am responsible for overseeing the management and performance of our multifamily and mixed-use property portfolio. My role includes coordinating daily operations, supporting property maintenance, and building strong tenant relationships to ensure a high-quality experience for residents and commercial occupants alike. I am also a certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), bringing advanced knowledge and strategies to streamline operations and enhance property management practices.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching baseball, cooking up new recipes, exploring the outdoors, hiking with my dog, being active and traveling to new places whenever I can.
Louis “Junior” Weems joined Thornhill Properties in 2020 as a part time employee at the Arlington Park Condominium Association. In March of this year Louis became a full time employee at the Corporate Office at Thornhill serving as an Administrative Asst. Louis has over 20 years of experience working with Condominium Associations. Louis’s hobbies are reading, running, swimming , bowling, roller skating and listening to various types of music in his spare time.
Lacey joined Thornhill in August 2019 and serves as the Executive Assistant, bringing with her more than two decades of administrative experience across fast-paced, client-focused environments. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the team functions efficiently and effectively.
In addition to her executive support responsibilities, Lacey serves as the company’s leasing administrator, where she manages both commercial and residential tenant relationships. In this capacity, she oversees leasing documentation, coordinates communications, and helps maintain positive, professional interactions with tenants, contributing to high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Lacey is valued for her reliability, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities with ease. Her dedication and behind-the-scenes leadership make her an integral part of the Thornhill team.
Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and her new granddaughter, cherishing family moments and creating lasting memories.
With over 40 years of accounting, managerial and software development, Joanne understands the needs of integrating new technologies with time honored internal controls.
Joanne oversees the entire accounting department. Along with reviewing financial reports and assisting her department she also assists the property managers with budgets and any other assistance they need.
In her spare time she enjoys visiting with her granddaughter and traveling with her husband to their home in South Carolina.
Jason Peak is a Property Manager who has over 12 years’ experience in real estate, property management, and client relations. He is knowledgeable and experienced in residential and commercial property management, leasing, as well as construction and repairs. Prior to joining Thornhill, Jason managed a mixed-use building and several other buildings in Harford and Baltimore Counties. He enjoys working with individuals to secure prompt and professional results, while ensuring the aesthetics of a building are being properly maintained. He is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, and relationship builder. In his free time, Jason enjoys cooking, hiking, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in property management, I have built a career rooted in the successful oversight of residential and commercial properties throughout Baltimore County and Baltimore City. I began my professional journey in a family-owned, father-and-son management company, where I developed a strong foundation in daily operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
After joining Thornhill Properties, again in a family-owned firm, I quickly advanced through several key roles, including Receptionist, Service Coordinator, and Assistant Property Manager. Each position provided valuable insight into both the operational and customer service aspects of the business, allowing me to build a well-rounded skill set.
Today, I manage a diverse portfolio that includes residential and commercial condominiums, homeowner associations (HOAs), a commercial office building, and a mixed-use property with both residential and commercial units. My experience, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence support Thornhill Properties’ mission to deliver dependable, high-quality property management services across the Baltimore area.
Joy Stewart is a Property Manager with Thornhill Properties who specializes in retail management. Joy believes that displaying leadership in her role means creating win-win results and establishing rapport with both the property and its vendors. In addition to management, Joy coordinates programming and marketing to curate a social atmosphere, drawing more customers property. Joy holds a BS in Psychology from Morgan State University and has experience in marketing, sales, and residential property management prior to her current position. In her free time, Joy enjoys Latin dancing, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
With more than 10 years in commercial real estate. Hunter Brewer heads Thornhill Properties, Inc. Brokerage Division as Director of Commercial Leasing and Sales. Since 2018, Hunter’s focus is on Landlord, Tenant, and Investment Sales representation in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Prior to Thornhill, he was a financial analyst in commercial real estate.
Hunter is known for his creative and persistent approach in helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Thus far, he has successfully closed over 300 commercial real estate transactions in volume.
Hunter has a strong understanding of his client’s needs which makes him an integral commercial real estate advisor in helping his clients fulfill their real estate requirement whether it be buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties.
